RETURNS

AutoGuts does not accept returns. The customer is responsible for ordering the correct part for their vehicle.
To assure you are ordering the correct part, you can:

  • Contact the AutoGuts team who can assist you in this process if you provide your vehicle identification (VIN) number and the part(s) you are interested in; OR
  • You can use the OEM number provided with the product listing and confirm fitment to your vehicle by contacting your local dealer.

If a mistake was made by AutoGuts and a return is authorized, all items must be received back in their original condition including all pieces and components that were received in the original packaging.

SHIPPING

AutoGuts ships the same business day for orders placed by 3pm CT. Orders placed after 3pm CT will ship the next business day. “Business day” refers to Monday-Friday, and excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays that fall on weekdays. You may track your order via your account on AutoGuts.com or refer to tracking information provided via email.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect packaging and all items inside for damage. If any items were damaged during the shipping process, please email us immediately at sales@autoguts.com. You have 48 hours after delivery to report any issues to AutoGuts.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.The customer will be required to file a claim directly with the shipping provider (Ex. FedEx) in those situations. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

WARRANTY

AutoGuts guarantees all products to be functioning properly at the time of install. If the part is not functioning at time of install, please contact us immediately by emailing us at sales@autoguts.com. Please provide your name, order number, item number, and details regarding the issue you are having with the part.
