ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?

It is very unlikely that we would be able to cancel your order, since orders typically ship the same business day. AutoGuts may be able to accommodate cancellations if the order has not been packaged and shipped.

How do I track my order?

AutoGuts will provide tracking information via the email you provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

What should I do if my order is incorrect, or missing an item?

Upon receiving your order, please confirm you have received the correct item(s). If any item is incorrect or missing, please email us immediately at sales@autoguts.com. We are not responsible for incorrect or missing parts after 5 business days after delivery.

SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

AutoGuts ships the same business day for orders placed by 3pm CT. Orders placed after 3pm CT will ship the next business day. “Business day” refers to Monday-Friday, and excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays that fall on weekdays.

What states do you ship to in the United States?

AutoGuts currently ships to the contiguous United States (except New Jersey & New York). Unfortunately, AutoGuts does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any of the U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship outside the United States?

AutoGuts does not currently ship outside the United States.

What should I do if my item was damaged during the shipping process?

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect packaging and all items inside for damage. If any items were damaged during the shipping process, please email us immediately at sales@autoguts.com. You have 48 hours after delivery to report any issues to AutoGuts.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.The customer will be required to file a claim directly with the shipping provider (Ex. FedEx) in those situations.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

AutoGuts does not accept returns. The customer is responsible for ordering the correct part for their vehicle.

To assure you are ordering the correct part, you can:

  • Contact the AutoGuts team who can assist you in this process if you provide your vehicle identification (VIN) number and the part(s) you are interested in; OR
  • You can use the OEM number provided with the product listing and confirm fitment to your vehicle by contacting your local dealer.

If a mistake was made by AutoGuts and a return is authorized, all items must be received back in their original condition including all pieces and components that were received in the original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

If a refund is approved by the AutoGuts team, your refund will be processed within 7 days after your item has been received at our warehouse & has passed inspection. Once the return has been processed, please allow 1-7 days for the money to be refunded to your financial institution.

WARRANTY

What is your warranty policy?

AutoGuts guarantees all products to be functioning properly at the time of install. If the part is not functioning at time of install, please contact us immediately by emailing us at sales@autoguts.com. Please provide your name, order number, item number, and details regarding the issue you are having with the part..
